Today, we stand
on the cusp of the ultimate constitutional crisis -- the one Thomas Jefferson
foretold of two centuries ago. Every shred of freedom you think you
have is at risk, directly and immediately threatened by the most dangerous
tyrants that we as a people have ever faced. I speak not of Osama bin
Laden, Kim Jong-il, or even Ahmedinejad but rather, the megalomaniacs of
the Mullarkey Court. Through its long train of subtle and gradual usurpations,
that body has emasculated the state legislature, silenced the voice of the
